Recipe Corner

A light summer snack:
Dill Dip for Cucumber Slices


6 tablespoons plain fat free yogurt or sour cream
2 tablespoons dill, chopped
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced

Mix all ingredients. Wash and slice a cucumber. Dip, eat.
